Emily Jane Foster is a freelance artist (Emily Jane Art) based in Surrey, UK.
With a deep appreciation for little details, strange curiosities and quirky characters, Emily has always been drawn to the weird and wonderful. Her work typically centres around themes of flora, fauna, folklore and fantasy, combining her background in biology (BSc first class honours and MSc distinction) with her love of storytelling in both visual and written forms. Emily has a quirky sense of humour and holds the power of the pun in high esteem.
Having taught secondary school science for five years, Emily is always happy to discuss educational projects!
